Practice off Your Mat

The toughest walls to break down are the ones we create for ourselves. They limit our potential in creating our best lives and our ability to connect to what is around us. My hope is always that in our physical practice of creating space and ease within our bodies, we teach our minds the ability to break past what we think of how things should be and open ourselves up to the infinite potential in all of us and in every situation.

Embarc is an organization that doing just that for children in the public schools of Chicago. They provide life changing experiences and events to children that would otherwise not have access, growing their world view exponentially. Join me this Wednesday for the first ever Embarc Variety Spectacular. That right, not just your average good time for a good cause. And if you can’t make it, please lend your support in creating a better future right here in Chicago. You don’t always have to go far to make a huge difference.
