There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all private or semi-private classes, workshops or private lessons. Failure to give notice prior to 24 hours before the scheduled service will result in the student being charged for that service.

Late Comers:  If you are running late to your private appointment, please call or text the studio number with an explanation. If your teacher/practitioner does not hear from you, the appointment will be cancelled and treated as late cancellation at 20 minutes after the designated start time of the appointment.

If no one else signs up for a duet session that is booked, it will convert to a private lesson, and you will be charged the price difference.

Please turn off or turn down your cell phones to vibrate (in case of an emergency) in order not to disrupt others that are in the studio. If you need to take or make a call, please step outside of the studio space.

All sessions must be pre-paid for, prior to the session. This can be done by pre-paying through cash, credit or check or by keeping a credit card on file.

All new student/introductory packages must be purchased at or before the first lesson.

All sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Discounts and coupons can not be combined.

Please note all packages and sessions purchases have an expiration date.

All packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
