Structural Integration.
Structural Integration Bodywork improves postural and functional alignment and creates a holistic self awareness through the movement of the body’s fascial tissue. Depending on the depth of work that someone wants, it can be approached with a single, three or a twelve series session.

Three Series.
The three series is a process of unfolding chronic tension, habits and building awareness. The Three Series is a great introduction to Structural Bodywork. The sessions focus on redefining the relationships in the lower body, the upper body and the spine to produce a body more at ease with itself.
Twelve Series.
The Twelve Series is the complete series of Structural Integration through the Anatomy Trains school. This incorporates the work that would happening the three series, and additionally, looks at the way rotation and functional movement and compensations also affect the body and how to balance them.
Massage Therapy.
Massage Therapy focuses on helping realign the tissues of the body to release chronic tension and/or injury. Typically, a session will start with lighter pressure in order to assess an area and then the work deepens to help release the layers of the tissue being focused on.
